A little bit about us…
Jennifer Goldberg, M.Ed, RP, CCC.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist specializing in work with adult individuals and couples. I have spent the majority of my career thus far learning to build on, connect to, and tune in to my relationships with others. You can think of therapy much like an antique radio - if you want to get the whole experience, sometimes you need to lean in.
“So what brings you here today?”
Over the years, I have come to realize how attachment affects everything. We are wired to connect with others, but I have also come to know that it’s even more than that. We can be attached to anything - people, places, work, experiences, things… We have a relationship connection to almost everything in our lives.
It is my hope that this practice might be helpful for anyone out there who has ever been attached.
Lauren Middlemiss, MA, RP, CCC.
It takes a lot of courage to reach out and seek support. It can also be difficult to find the support that fits with who you are and your individual needs. As a therapist, it is important to me that clients feel safe and connected in our work together. I value being authentic and creating a genuine connection with clients.
I provide psychotherapy services to adult individuals and couples struggling with connection, emotion regulation, and repair following betrayal. I work from a person-centered approach, integrating aspects of various modalities such as Attachment-based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy.
Everyone has their own experiences and their own unique needs. My aim is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you. When you feel ready, please reach out to me and together we can begin your journey.
Kelly Firth, MA, RP, CCC.
I aim to honour the experience of all of my clients and I believe that starts with making a genuine connection from the first session. I offer psychotherapy services to adult and teen individuals and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, addiction, grief and loss, interpersonal relationships, and relationship conflict. I am also an LGBTQ2+ positive and kink-friendly therapist.
I use a client-centred approach in my work. I aim to create a compassionate and non-judgmental space where I can empower my clients to achieve their unique goals. I have an integrative style of therapy, drawing from a variety of approaches, including Narrative Therapy, Attachment Theory, Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Finding a therapist who is the right fit is such an important part of the healing journey and I am here to create a safe space to support you with this step. When you are ready, feel free to reach out to begin. I look forward to hearing from you!
